All MBS FITNESS clients recieve a program specifically designed to suit their individual needs and facilitate optimum results. (Individual training for clients who need that one on one push - whatever your goal).

 

PARTNER SESSIONS

Train with a friend, family member, work colleague or partner.  A fantastic way to motivate each other and save money.

 

GROUP SESSION

MBS FITNESS caters for groups of any size and at any location.  If working as part of a team and saving money is important to you, then group training is a must!

 

CORPORATE FITNESS

If your business/company is looking for proactive solutions in todays workplace, including reducing sick leave, increasing productivity and well being, embracing a team environment and improving effective leadership and communication skills - then coporate training is the answer.

MBS FITNESS utilises a number of experts in specialist areas that enhance the core values of Mind, Body & Spirit. This includes nutrition, exercise/body awareness, performance coaching, advanced goal setting, advanced boxing technique sessions, sports science/psychology and much more.
