Rebecca Mudd

I started training with MBS Fitness in January 2008. I was 23,  unhappy,  unhealthy,  and extremely obese at 182.3kg.  Once meeting Matt at the gym I decided to make a real commitment to my life and my health.

Matt assisted me to set out the goals I wanted to achieve,  the ultimate goal being,  achieving my ideal weight of 80kg within a time frame of 3 - 5 years.  I   began personal training sessions 3 times a week.

I saw results immediately.  Seeing these results is what kept me motivated.   I was motivated to achieve my goals.  After less than 12 months of healthy eating and personal training,  I achieved my ultimate goal of 80kg.

I continue training today with MBS FITNESS to maintain my healthy lifestyle and reach the new goals Matt has helped me set.  Training has also opened up a whole new aspect of life,  meeting new people and new challenges in a team environment with MBS Fitness Boot Camp on the weekends.

Now I’m 26, happy,  healthy and excited to meet challenges head on!  MBS FITNESS utterly changed my life.
